Idk if I did it right cause I finished in 7 mins with two 25lb dumbells and I did everything for 10 reps an one set, but I’m not gonna lie My body is on fire!!

Awesome! 28:21 with 10lbs, until the last set with 20lb. Will up the weight at the 5 set mark next time.
