Split into 2 set. Great way to get the heart rate up. Had my 13 year old join me. He did about 20-30 reps with 5lb. ๐๐ฟ

100 reps of everything excepts squats (80) and sit ups (60) at 38:23! I know I can do it faster next time ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Really under the weather, so I did between 50-75 of each in 25 minutes. Canโt wait to try again when Iโm full strength
