We are getting the heart rate up today with a 20 minute tabata workout, followed by a 10 minute finisher!

Pushed myself this morning after taking an extra rest day yesterday (just did a long walk with a friend), and feels great to know I can get a great sweat in about 30 minutes

Looking at my itty bitty screen in an empty studio but at least thereβs a PA with Bluetooth. Barely kept up on finisher. Partly my poor vision focusing on tiny screen. Partly awkward transitions. But finished it all.
