What a great sweat! I tend to struggle with push-ups, even with a modification. I would love some alternatives until I can build up strength or proper form for a push up. 🙏🏽

Good work out. On the front lounges i didn't see if we were supposed to do 8 each leg or switch at 4? I ended up just doing 8 each leg
