Plan on doing this challenge to the end of this year ๐ช๐ฟ, with the exception of the front lunges I did all with 20lb weights ๐ช๐ฟ ๐ ๐

Very challenging, especially on the ab moves. Some exercises I could probably increase weights next time. Still a great workout!!
