Was a good challenge. Did it right before bed but I couldn't finish. Was in the last challenge at count 30 when I gave up🤦🏿♀️at 45 mins. But then I had done a 60 mins dumbbell work about 5 hours before. This was my first time with the challenge and I know I will get better.
