No. This program is completely bodyweight. You may add weight/resistance if you'd like, or, you can complete the dumbbell program if you prefer using weights.
Can I do these workouts at home? Yes. You can do these workouts anywhere you have space to move your body! At home, at the gym, at the park, etc!
How long will the workouts take? Each workout will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on the workout and your rest periods.
Can I make the workouts harder or easier? Yes, this program can be adjusted to your fitness needs. We recommend increasing the reps, sets or weight if the workouts are too easy. If they are too difficult, give yourself more rest time, decrease the weight, or, you can message us if you need help modifying a specific exercise.
