I always find that I feel weaker than normal during my period. Which I know is normal, just frustrating knowing I can do more but my body is preoccupying my energy for other things 🤣 But working out does help me feel so much better and satisfied that I got some movement in despite feeling weak.

I enjoy the motivational section. Each morning I listen to these to help set the mind on the right path. Please keep them coming! - when the novelty wears off and the grind sets in. - recognizing and avoiding things that contribute to burn out
