Needed that today!!! Been going through AAAALOOTTT of discouragement. I put in the work and stick to my nutrition but I have hormone issues going against me too! 🙄

I always find that I feel weaker than normal during my period. Which I know is normal, just frustrating knowing I can do more but my body is preoccupying my energy for other things 🤣 But working out does help me feel so much better and satisfied that I got some movement in despite feeling weak.
