Can I do these workouts at home? Yes- you can do these workouts any where you have access to dumbbells and a space to move your body.
Will this program contain all follow along workouts? This program is designed to help you level up to circuit style training, which will give you much more direction and help you reach your goals faster. Each week is made up of 3 circuit style strength training days, and 2 follow along days that are high intensity.

This program is based on 5 days of training:
3 Strength training Days
1 Strength/HIIT Day
1 Cardio Day/Recovery
2 Full rest days/focus on recovery
How will I get the best results? Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients
Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily
Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover

Will this program contain a meal plan? The program does contain a nutrition guide which will teach you how to tailor your food to your training routine and goals. The guide also contains an example meal plan and we've included a few of our favorite recipes for inspiration.
