Hi dear friend! My name is Jouni Ilonen from Helsinki, Finland. I’m a professional dancer, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I welcome you to my class face-in and in a virtual environment. I have worked as a dancer for more than 20 years and as a professional in the field of exercise for more than 10 years. I am a cheerful, energetic, and empathetic person. I want to help you with your own goal, which you achieve alone or with a friend.

How much does the app cost?
You can join our app and community FREE for the first 7 days. After that, you'll pay $14.99/month or $99.99/year. That breaks down to just $0.49 a day or $0.28 a day — less than your morning cup of coffee!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It totally depends on the training. Some of the workouts are suitable at home and some at the gym. If you can't find any equipment at home, you can replace these with home equipment (e.g. dumbbells in a water bottle) or borrow from your nearest gym.
I'm a beginner, is app for me?
You are warmly welcome whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast. You can apply each workout according to your own fitness level. In my training, part of my training focuses on technical performance so that you can do this safely.
What language are the classes held in?
Classes are held in English
What kind of workouts are available in the application?
Jouni's Fitness App offers a variety of great workouts, e.g. group exercise classes, personal training & nutritional coaching tips, gym programs, from on demand classes to live stream classes.
Has your fitness App computer version to join workouts?
You are able to join only your smart phone/tablet. You can cast only long videos e.g. group fitness on-demand, livestream classes from phone to TV or laptop. Gym workouts you are not possible to cast.
What time zone are livestream classes held?
All livestream classes are keeping finland time zone (Eastern European Time, EET & EEST).
