Fitness trainer

My passion for exercise started with sports and because of that I have been an active person since a young age. That passion created a mindset in me that always strived to get the best performance out of my body.   The beauty in that is that no matter how challenging life has gotten, I have been able to continuously tell myself that my physical health should always be a priority. Having the ability to adapt my exercise and nutrition based off of what challenges life has thrown at me has allowed my continued growth.   And this is how is how Josh Savoy Fitness was brought to life!   That growth inspired me and ultimately is the reason I got into this business. I wanted to be able to spread that same passion, joy, and love for your body/your person… to others! Unfortunately,   life can make putting our health a priority very challenging. As your trainer, I want to be able to help you bridge that gap. I enjoy teaching people that you can simplify your exercise, goals, and your nutrition to cater to your current way of living.   Having the patience and creating a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition and realizing that it should not be a negative experience. It is my goal to demonstrate the importance of keeping your body active and moving while most importantly still HAVING FUN.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
