Personal Trainer, Sports Trainer

Raised in a small town in Alaska. Being a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach has been a dream of mine for a long time. My goal in life was to play hockey professionally. I knew that if I did not make that happen I wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach to help players of any sport reach their dreams. I did not have a personal trainer growing up. I didn’t even know what a personal trainer was till I was 18 and playing hockey in Wisconsin. My goal is to make every athlete and non-athlete live a healthier, successful, and enjoyable life. My programs are based off sports and everyday life. There is a lot of dumbbell work and little barbell work. I want to get the very best out of my athletes and non-athletes that they feel great and move great for years and years to come.
Goals
With playbook you will get the understanding and technique to preforming the lift. It will also include description on every lift and movements.
Training Requirements
Lacrosse ball, tennis ball, soft ball, or baseball would be ideal to have to roll our feet and perform CARS but not necessary. Exercise bands would be ideal to have for stretching and lifting with. Most gyms should have some to use. Foam rollers and other equipment for stretching and pre-hab with before and after working out. Dumbbells are our main source of equipment needed to lift. So a gym membership would be necessary if you don’t have dumbbells and med balls at your house.
