How to get the best outcome of the program? Commit to completing each of the workouts while making sure to get proper rest and an adequate amount of protein intake (.85-1g of protein per pound of body weight).
What do I need to participate in this program? You will need a set of dumbbells or kettlebells (these two can usually be interchangeable), a med ball, and a resistance band.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is for all-skill levels. Everyone can and will benefit from this program.
