* The workouts are designed for all skill levels
* We recommend athletes 8-12 years old train with the "Home" workouts
* Athletes 13 years and up are welcome to train with the "Gym" workouts
* Our program will help any athlete whose sport requires: Speed, Multi-direction quickness, Strength, and Vertical Jumping Ability
* Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
* Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
