About the Challenge

If you’re looking to improve your speed, strength and vertical jump then this is the challenge for you! Whether you’re a competitive or recreational athlete, this program will help you get in great shape, feel amazing and take your athleticism to the NEXT LEVEL! The bounce lab challenge is a unique, vertical jump-based challenge. Participants will have exactly 8 weeks to improve their "max approach" vertical jump height. Whoever improves their vertical jump the most will receive a *NEW PAIR OF SHOES*!! Whether they're basketball, volleyball, running or training shoes is totally up to you! The Winner will be chosen based on before and after Video Submissions. Athletes will record and send in a video of them touching as high as possible on a basketball hoop both at the beginning and end of the challenge. How To Enter: 1) Subscribe to our Training App 2) Watch the Video Submission Tutorial in app 3) Click "Register Now" for the Bounce Lab Challenge 4) Submit Your Before Video 5) Complete 8 weeks of training and Submit Your After Video The Challenge Will Start APRIL 16th!! New Workouts will drop weekly once the challenge begins!

    What is included in the training program?

    What’s the schedule?
    * June 16th - August 11th (8 Weeks) * Training 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) * Gym and At-Home Training Options * Optional Upper Body and Cardio Training on Tuesday and Thursday * Rest Days on Saturday, Sunday
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level, age, sport)?
    * The workouts are designed for all skill levels * We recommend athletes 8-12 years old train with the "Home" workouts * Athletes 13 years and up are welcome to train with the "Gym" workouts * Our program will help any athlete whose sport requires: Speed, Multi-direction quickness, Strength, and Vertical Jumping Ability * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What do I need to participate?
    * You'll need to register for the challenge before June 16th * You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment OR a bench/couch if working out at home * A positive attitude and dedication to the program!
    How will I get the best results?
    * Stay consistent and follow the program to the best of your ability * Listen to your body. Take it easy on days you're feeling sore and tired. Ramp it up on days you're feeling energized and excited * Make nutrition and sleep a priority with adequate protein intake and 7-9 hours of sleep each night * Stay hydrated. Aim for anywhere between 3/4 to a full gallon of water every day * Have fun and enjoy the process! You're not only getting in great shape and improving your athleticism.. You're also getting better at your sport!
