About the program

I have designed this home workout Core and Six-Pack program for you to train your entire core and all your abdominal muscles twice a week! You can easily incorporate the workouts as a warm-up or a finisher to your regular training routine. Be kind to yourself, even if you encounter exercises that are challenging at first. Do your best and stay consistent with your training. Progress takes time, practice, and dedication. Give it your all, and you will gradually get better, stronger, and see results!
