What are the goals of the program? Sunday circuit time baby! Today we train the lesser hit areas of the program EG abs, core, adductors, abductors, traps - ETC.
Abs, core, and the ad/abductors are going to keep us strong in our big lifts and prevent injuries.
Then we add some traps in since they aren’t getting worked as frequently in the program.
Other areas will be subbed in as well depending on what we need to bring into the mix as the HFF program evolves!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Get this done first thing in your day so you feel accomplished and get the happy juices flowing.
Then spend the rest of your Sunday doing things that make you feel relaxed and recharged to crush your week starting Monday!
How to schedule the program into a week? I do these on Sunday, but feel free to sub it in whenever you want a quick workout!
What do I need to participate in this program? Gym membership and some sweet tank tops
