How effective are your workouts? These workouts are strategically formatted to provide optimal results. They have worked very well for me. This doesn't guarantee you will see the same success, but they will put you in the right direction.
What level of fitness experience is required for these workouts? I've been training on my own for about 2 years. These workouts can be done at any fitness level, BUT if there are any exercises that seem difficult or you feel uneasy about, DO NOT attempt them. Other than that, you can adjust the difficulty by using heavier/lighter weights, adjusting the running to fit your endurance level etc. I will say, each workout is made intentionally, meaning the exercises, reps, and sets are critical if you wanna see true results.
Main takeaway? Workouts can be done by all fitness levels. Workouts should be challenging, but do NOT hurt yourself.
Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! Most workouts take place in a gym, so access to normal gym equipment will be sufficient.
