I’m Joseph Bonini and I believe fitness, nutrition, and mindset work synergistically to enhance our lives. Something I live by is "DREAM BIG. DO BIG," meaning that, in order to thrive, we must set seemingly impossible goals and start taking action towards them, until the dream becomes a reality. This comes to light in the gym. We set ambitious fitness goals, and when we hit a PR or accomplish the goal, we feel fulfilled and develop a hunger for more. Training Requirements
Most workouts and programs are designed assuming access to a gym. However, some workouts and programs are designed with minimal to no equipment.
Accomplishments
I graduated from Villanova University ‘23 where I studied economics. I invested the past 5 years into extensive research in fitness & nutrition through personal experiences and education. Doing so taught me how impactful these practice are when it comes to living our best life. I’m also part of Team BPN and the #goonemore community.

What's included in my playbook?
My playbook contains +100 different workouts, several workout programs, and some other fitness related content. To enhance your experience, I will be adding content over time. You also have the ability to "train with me," because each day, I post the exact workout I did. Let's get started.
What level of fitness experience is required for these workouts?
I've been training on my own for about 2 years. These workouts can be done at any fitness level, BUT if there are any exercises that seem difficult or you feel uneasy about, DO NOT attempt them. Other than that, you can adjust the difficulty by using heavier/lighter weights, adjusting the running to fit your endurance level etc. I will say, each workout is made intentionally, meaning the exercises, reps, and sets are critical if you wanna see true results. Main takeaway? Workouts can be done by all fitness levels. Workouts should be challenging, but do NOT hurt yourself.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Playbook can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
