The Booty Blueprint is a 6-week glute-building program designed to help you grow, shape, and strengthen your lower body while still training your full body with balance.
This is the same style of training Nat used to get herself into the best shape of her life and feel confident, strong, and camera-ready for her Netflix reality TV career on shows like Perfect Match and Temptation Island.
The program includes 3 glute-focused lower body days per week to help build and shape your glutes, strengthen your legs, and improve lower body definition. You’ll also have 2 upper body workouts per week so we don’t neglect the rest of your body. These upper days will help improve your back, shoulders, arms, and core strength so your physique looks strong, balanced, and athletic from head to toe.
