Volume 2 was designed with you in mind. It has all the same flare as Volume 1 of the JorryFitt lineup, but now you can do it anywhere. Don't let the minimal equipment fool you; Volume 2 is as intense and result-driven as any JorryFitt workout. Try it at home, gym, or abroad.
