Hi I’m Coach Jordan. Sports and fitness is my life, and it’s a lovely life to live. Playing professional sports was always a dream like everyone else, but something about working behind the scenes just holds more value to me. In being a certified fitness coach for 8+ years, it has been my mission to motivate the masses to trade in their sedentary lifestyles for a more active, productive, and fruitful one. As my career has matured I’ve taken more time to focus more on the strength and conditioning(SC) aspect of training. For the past 3 years, I’ve been working on bringing SC to the everyday person regardless of fitness level. SC almost holds a stigma that it’s an area of fitness reserved for athletes, and I’m here to bridge the gap. It may not be for everyone, but what I do believe is that there is an athlete in everyone, physically and/or mentally.
