Personal development continues to drive my passion for the business of personal training. Being a fitness influencer in the community enables me to share my deep passion for overall personal growth. I began working out early in my teenage years, driven by my obsession with becoming a strong, trustworthy hero. I spent hours at the gym after school and eventually joined sports in 8th grade; including soccer, football, and wrestling. Currently, I practice kung fu, which is a great way to enhance balance and control over the mind.
Going to the gym and getting stronger extends beyond merely building muscle and consuming high-protein diets. Consistency in maintaining a healthy lifestyle ultimately fosters discipline in one's life. Success in life stems from consistency and discipline, and working out contributes to both.
I am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have been training since 2019 at multiple gyms; including Soldier Fit, Gold's Gym, and LifeTime. Additionally, I am a nutrition coach, which complements personal training in achieving clients' goals.
