THE JONER FOOTBALL ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM | COACHING IN YOUR POCKET

This program raises the bar for the more committed footballers out there.
To become a top professional in todays game, training on the field won’t
be enough. Speed, power, endurance, athleticism and strength combined
with detailed football (soccer) sessions will take your game to a complete
different level.

THE PROGRAM WHAT IS IT?
– 3 week program designed by top class professional coaches Lee Jones & Brandon Jones
– Combining S&C with football
– 3x football training sessions a week
– 3x football specific S&C sessions a week
– Trainees will gain access to a members only Joner 1on1 Facebook page, where people can bond, interact, motivate and stay connected.
– It Will take 4 weeks to complete. Get match ready in 4 weeks of hard work!
 
WHAT DO I NEED?
 
We have tried to keep our first training program as simple as possible. You do not need fancy equipment or to be a member of a gym! If you have those, then great.

He plays in a shadow academy and at grass roots with another player of similar ability both want to play centre midfield and struggling to play them together just wondering of your thoughts on 7v7 formation with 2 exceptional centre mids? And any combination drills u may have
