Hello everybody tuning in. I’m Jonathan Hurtado, a fitness professional from New York City. I’m a former college athlete who’s been around fitness as long as I could remember. So I always felt a though it’s my duty to share my love and passion for fitness with as many people as possible. I’ve been a personal trainer for about 7 years now. My training can be for all levels and ages. I am a certified personal trainer, I have a group fitness background and I also teach boxing. What you can expect from my playbook is the major keys to becoming a stronger, smarter and better you. My programs are well thought out for people of all levels and can mostly be done with very little equipment. You can expect Strength, conditioning and some HIIT. You will find new ways to challenge yourself and different ways to make exercises even more challenging for you. Let me be the light you need in your gym routine.
