So, now I'm confused bc dumbbells showed up. I assumed it would be body weight focused. Shout that be separate?

First time through. Felt sick a few times. Grip isn’t great for hanging leg raises. Too weak yet to do unassisted pull ups and even assisted I ran out of gas. Didn’t add weight to push ups this time around. Just tried to get through all the exercises in the work out.
