Today will be a Ab focused workout that is really gonna test your core strength! 

Workout👇🏽

1. Hanging Reverse Crunch 3 x Failure

2. Superset (2 Rounds) 
- Kettle Bell Crunch Press x 30s
- Kettle Bell Threw The Legs x 30s

3. Ab Wheel 3 x 10-15

If you don’t have access to equipment try this version of the workout👍🏽

Superset 1 (3 Rounds)
- Double Crunch x 30s
- Russian Twists x 30s 

Superset 2 (3 Rounds)
- Crunch Punch Twists x 30s
- Reverse Crunches x 30s

Hanging Reverse Crunch

Kettle Bell Threw The Legs

Superset

AB Wheel

- With your body in a V-sit position, hands on the floor
- Tuck your knees to your chest 
- Extend your legs out
- Repeating sequence for time or reps

Double Crunch

- From a seated position with knees bent and feet off the floor
- Keep your back straight and lean back to 45 degrees 
- Clasp hands together in front of your core
- Twist your torso from side to side

Russian Twists

Bodyweight Version (Superset 1)

- Bend your legs and place feet firmly on the ground to stabilize your lower body
- Curl your upper body all the way up toward your knees
- Punch your fist to the side
- Lower yourself back down 
- Repeat the sequence on the opposite side

Crunch Punch Twists

- Place your arms extended by your sides 
- Roll your knees in
- At the top raise your hips off the ground
