About Handle Life

Online personal trainer

Handle life was created through my passion for the game and my own desire to get better. Basketball is my life and has been since a young age. The way I approached basketball and the way I handle the ball, has opened many doors and created so many opportunities for me as an individual and as an athlete. Growing up, I was known for my elite ball handling skills, never failing to put work in every day on the court. I started training and guiding athletes in effective drills and saw a growing amount of athletes emulating my drills and really developing and evolving as athletes. That was very rewarding for me, and motivated me to create HandleLife training. For me, Handling Life is not only about the skills that we develop on the court but about the time and disciple that we put in to reach the next level. Our goal at HandleLife is to meet athletes at their level and train them to be elite athletes. To reach the next level and maximize on their potential on the court while building fundamental characteristics that will equip them to be well rounded, sought out athletes.

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Playbook can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
