Hi, everyone. My name is Johnathan Dove. I’m an Air Force veteran where I spent 6 years serving my country in the medical field, so helping people is a true passion of mine. During my service I found fitness and it changed my life in more ways than I could have imagined. Once I realized how much I learned through going to the gym I realized that more people need to experience this. So, I did what any aspiring fitness person would do. I began to study the body, and learned how to get the best results as possible through certifications & studies, then implementing them into my training routines.
