His journey into the movement world began with a background in various physical activities like soccer, skateboarding, and bodybuilding. An injury and subsequent challenges led him to explore different modalities for healing and strength, including yoga and mobility practices. His transformative experience with Ido Portal’s movement method and his own evolving practice inspired him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. John is currently in his final year of physiotherapy studies, integrating his extensive experience and knowledge to help others discover strength, mobility, and freedom in their bodies.
