Hey! My name is John. I’m 32 years old, married, and have two wonderful young boys. Ever since I can remember, health and fitness have been my true passions. It's what led me to become a trainer back in 2010, a role that allows me to help others transform their lives for the better physically and mentally. Sports have always played a significant role in my life. During my upbringing, I participated in highly competitive football and baseball, which instilled in me a deep love for the thrill of athletic pursuits. As I grew older, I challenged myself further by competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding, pushing my body and mind to their limits. But beyond personal achievements, my purpose here on earth is to make a difference in the lives of others. I believe that everyone has the potential to unlock their inner strength and create positive changes in their lives. Through my expertise and guidance as a trainer, I strive to inspire and empower individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle, helping them achieve their goals and transform their lives for the better. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
