    What Equipment do I need?
    None. This program is purely body weight based. The focus is more so around controlling movements and doing every rep with a purpose :)
    Is this program beginner friendly?
    This program was written for ALL levels of Fitness, especially Beginner. My philosophy is that your #1 priority in ANY fitness journey should be "Injury Prevention". We often do not think about Injury until it has already happened. This program helps you master the proper movements PRIOR to beginning that more challenging workout program.
    Why 3 weeks?
    The average person starts a journey and is only consistent for 12 days, and then STOPS. I think 21 days is the perfect amount of time to establish the brain patterns required to keep it going!
