This program is designed so you are able to get through the challenge, while benefiting the most from both workouts. You want to be able to get through the whole 75 days without any injuries, and massive fatigue. I will be leading you through exactly how I got through the challenge. I will be uploading the program weekly, so make sure to follow along. 75 hard programming rules; No cheat meals, no alcohol, no cheat days. Two 45 minute workouts a day and one needs to be outside. Read 10 pages of an entrepreneurial book a day. Drink a gallon of water a day, and take a progress picture every single day of the challenge.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
