How to schedule the program into a week? You can fit any of the workouts when you can. I do one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Needs to be two hours spaced between workouts.
What do I need to participate in this program? Equipment to complete the programming- Olympic rings (be bought on amazon), Jump Rope, Parrallelettes for calisthenic work (Amazon), Weighted Vest, and resistance bands. My suggestion for recovery would be a massage gun and foam roller.
