4 Week Foundational - Strength, Core, and Posture

Get started today!

Improve posture and overall strength safely and effectively. This program emphasizes building a strong core, pelvic floor engagement, and total-body strength. It is four weeks in total and 4 days per week. Select weights where you can perform the exercises with proper technique and form but also feeling a challenge in the last 2-3 reps. Each week if you’re comfortable try increasing the weight slightly. Recover as needed between exercises!

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
