How to schedule the program into a week? Perform movement skills on different days. For example linear acceleration/deceleration on Monday, lateral shuffling on Tuesdays, Multidirectional on Thursdays, and Linear Absolute Speed on Friday
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for anyone looking to improve and refine their movement skills, whether you’re a beginner, novice, or professional athlete. Progressions/regressions are included in the program for those who are just starting out or those who are transitioning from rehab or an injury back to the field.
