I have compiled a 4 weeks of exercise videos that will help you get stronger, move better, and increase your energy no matter what your ability level is! I will guide you through over 300 minutes of videos (5-20 minutes each) which provide effective and efficient exercises, allowing you to move your body while having fun! All videos are family-friendly and are pretty entertaining. No equipment needed!... I will see YOU in the workouts!

About the program

This 4 week video series is perfect for anyone looking to improve mobility and strength but struggling to find time to workout! I will guide you through entertaining but informative exercise videos which last anywhere from 5-20 minutes, driving you CAN get Fit in Minutes! All fitness levels are welcome, and no equipment is needed other than something to lie on (a rug or yoga mat are suggested unless you like the hard floor) You will have the opportunity to comment, leave feedback, ask questions, and connect with me at any time. You will have fun, save time, and get fit!!

    Online personal trainer

    As a lifelong athlete and former collegiate soccer player, fitness has always been a part of my life. But as the years passed and responsibilities piled up—raising 3 athletic kids, building a career—I learned firsthand how hard it can be to prioritize physical & spiritual health. Thirteen years ago, I found sobriety, reigniting my passion for physical and spiritual well-being, and I haven’t looked back. Now, I help busy individuals build strength in a way that fits their real lives and busy schedules. I opened my own gym 6 years ago, and expanded to online coaching 4 years ago. Whether you're starting over or just trying to stay consistent, my approach is efficient, effective, and sustainable. Because fitness isn’t about having time—it’s about making time for yourself.

    What are the goals of this program?

    What do I need to participate?
    * A positive attitude and dedication to the program * Just your body and occasionally a yoga mat or soft floor covering
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, hit the pause button if need me (videos can do that!) * Advanced: Choose the harder options or repeat or bundle the workouts
    Do I need any equipment to participate?
    Not required...but you will be on the ground quite a bit in various workouts so something soft (yoga mat or rug) are helpful
    What if I can't keep up OR the workouts are too easy for me?
    Any movement is better than no movement...please provide feedback during the challenge so I can better assess the content for my next program AND my subscription products. Speaking of subscription... by the time you complete this challenge I will have that up and running (if not already).
    Can I sign up for other trainer's programs I see suggested?
    Absolutely! Remember, my mission in life is to get people to exercise more, improve their nutrition, and live their healthiest lives possible...so I encourage you to try other programs. If you subscribe to them, you will be all set when the time comes (very soon) for having full access to all of MY programs within my subscription service! It's a win win for everyone! If you have questions about that (confusing, I know), PLEASE reach out to me and I'll explain it further.
    Will I be charged monthly for this Fit in Minutes program?
    No...it is a one-time charge, but you will continue to have access to it forever. Once I launch the subscription program, you can then choose to be a subscriber and pay either monthly or annually.
