What do I need to participate? * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
* Just your body and occasionally a yoga mat or soft floor covering
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? * The workouts are designed for all levels
* Beginners: go slow, hit the pause button if need me (videos can do that!)
* Advanced: Choose the harder options or repeat or bundle the workouts
Do I need any equipment to participate? Not required...but you will be on the ground quite a bit in various workouts so something soft (yoga mat or rug) are helpful
What if I can't keep up OR the workouts are too easy for me? Any movement is better than no movement...please provide feedback during the challenge so I can better assess the content for my next program AND my subscription products. Speaking of subscription... by the time you complete this challenge I will have that up and running (if not already).
Can I sign up for other trainer's programs I see suggested? Absolutely! Remember, my mission in life is to get people to exercise more, improve their nutrition, and live their healthiest lives possible...so I encourage you to try other programs. If you subscribe to them, you will be all set when the time comes (very soon) for having full access to all of MY programs within my subscription service! It's a win win for everyone! Will I be charged monthly for this Fit in Minutes program? No...it is a one-time charge, but you will continue to have access to it forever. Once I launch the subscription program, you can then choose to be a subscriber and pay either monthly or annually.
