About Jia Fit

Hi, I'm Jia. Let me help you become 'stronga'.

Being raised without my mother created a significant emptiness that I sought to alleviate through the solace of food. This led to five years of binge eating, causing weight gain, diminished self-esteem, a lack of confidence, and overwhelming guilt and shame. The deterioration of my mental and physical well-being occurred rapidly, and the turning point was when my clothes started feeling uncomfortably tight. Realizing the urgency of my situation, I decided to enroll in a gym and began training. I now love helping others feel confident with weights.

How to win

Follow me @jia.fit on Instagram and ensure you tag me in all your IG stories. Take a before and after picture and submit it along with your goal and testimonial at the end! For BOTH photos, make sure - you are wearing the same clothes (t-shirt and leggings or sports bra and shorts) - they are taken at the same angle - they are in the same lighting - you are holding a plain piece of paper with the date and “Get Stronga Challenge” written on it! Don’t worry, I won’t share it unless you give consent! Make sure to participate in the challenge by commenting on the workouts you complete within my app so I know you’re doing the work.

    How much does it cost to participate in the challenge?
    It's only $7 if you purchase by Sunday 26th May 2024. Then it goes up to $35.
    Do I need access to the gym?
    Yes, you would. However, there are a lot of dumbbell exercises that can be done at home. Feel free to DM me on IG @jia.fit and I can guide you further.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    The gym program needs access to dumbbells, cable machines, an Olympic bar, a barbel, and resistance machines.
    How is this challenge different to other challenges?
    This challenge doesn't only have workouts, other things go into a healthy lifestyle. Instead of quick fixes, you'll spend the next 6 weeks building habits that will serve you for the rest of your life. It's about incorporating health and wellness into your lifestyle.
    Can I do this challenge I have injuries?
