This 4 week program will follow the below schedule. We will use 10-12 lbs dumbbells during strength workouts, 2-5 lbs weights are optional during Pilates, bands are optional during warm up BUT don’t skip the warm-ups! Active rest day can be what your heart desires but get moving! For examples: walk, run, yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ Monday- Peach 🍑 Tuesday- Popeye 💪 Wednesday-Pilates Thursday-Full body Friday- Abs/HIIT Saturday- Active Rest Sunday-Rest

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
