Challenging workout -
Felt the burn, especially in the bands section

Monique

- fold forward with straight legs
- walk your hands out until you reach plank position 
- lock it in by flexing your arms, back & core

Hand Walkouts

- start in plank with hands close together 
- rotate into side plank & raise your hand up to form a letter T shape
- alternate sides
- half the reps PER SIDE

T-Plank

Hold one dumbbell with both hands.
Lay on the edge of a bench with only your shoulders & head supported
Lower the dumbbell over head then engage your late to lift it back up over chest

Dumbbell Pullover

- Hold Dumbbells in your hands 
- Hinge at the hips to bend forward with a straight back
- Row the Dumbbells up towards your ribs & focus on flexing your back muscles

Dumbbell Bent Row

- sit on the floor with legs extended out in front of you
- Loop a band around your feet
- Pull in & flex your back

Seated Resistance Band Rows

- sit on the floor with legs extended out in front of you
- Grip the band with both hands
- Raise arms directly over head
- Pull the band apart & down at the same time until hands reach shoulders & arms form a W shape 
- flex your back 
- return to the top & repeat

Seated Resistance Band Pull Down

- start in all fours
- slide one arm through the middle & tick your shoulder under to twist your upper body
- alternate sides holding half the time PER SIDE

Thread the Needle Back Stretch

- lay on your back
- Kick your legs up & over your head
- round your back & relax your legs
- straighten your arms on the floor
