No. You can accomplish amazing workouts with your body only. If you wish to add equipment it’s always optional.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Progress. It’s not about being perfect, just about challenging yourself to become stronger & more fit than before
How often should I train with you?
Ideally 4 to 5 workouts per week, but even 1 or 2 is more beneficial than none. Do what you can. I do strongly recommend at least 2 rest days per week.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Equipment is optional
