How to schedule the program into a week? All the workouts are laid out in an easy to follow 42 day schedule inside the app!
What do I need to participate in this program? You only need access to dumbbells and barbells. A few exercises call for a medicine ball, Swiss ball, kettlebell, and jump rope, but if you don’t have access, simply ask us and we’ll give you a simple exercise swap.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This is an intermediate to advanced program. If you need too, you can make it easier by lowering the weight, reducing the number of sets, and increasing the rest periods.
