Frequently Asked Questions

Whatā€™s the schedule?
Youā€™ll want to utilize the scar protocols daily to every other day for 5-6 minutes! I do mine when Iā€™m laying down to go to sleep at night! If you feel like you over did it one day, just skip a day or two! If you are using a tool like a Gua sha stone, try not to use more than 2 days consecutively in a row.
How will I get the best results?
Consistency is the name of the game when it comes to scar tissue! The goal is getting the scar tissue and adhesions to behave more like the rest of the tissues in our body. We want the layers to be able to glide over each other. Studies show that subcutaneous adipose tissue can start to decrease in thickness within 4 weeks with consistent work and continue at 8 weeks and again at 12 weeks.

Yes I can feel those micro adhesion. Been working slowly on my scar and Iā€™ve seen improvement but I know I had lots of work to do.

Working on this while pregnant knowing I have a c section coming up is hard. Healing trauma while expecting trauma is strange. Iā€™m hoping this will help.

Using your protocol after this third c section has made a HUGE difference over the other recoveries. I can touch my scar, move it, I can pick it up! Iā€™m so impressed at the difference šŸ„¹
