Hey! I’m still not sure if I have a hyper or hypotonic PF. I can squeeze these muscles, I can see it with a mirror but the muscles inside don’t contract if I try to feel them with my fingers and they are very squishy. I have had pain during intercourse even before giving birth, I have a flat butt and I’m leaning forward when I stand up. I thought I have low tone but I feel like I’m always te song up those muscles. Thank you!
