Honestly, I got teary eyed at the end of this because when I started momcore I didn't think I'd be able to get some ab strength back(I didn't do any program after my first baby. this is after my 2nd baby) so doing this exercise and doing it engaging my core made me feel so proud of myself thank you so much 💗🫶
