Amazing I knew my posture wasnt best but make since why things hurt.. I think my posture is similar the 2nd to last one you mentioned. I know I slouch my shoulders forward and I actually have been have consistent upper back pain..

Feels like a missing piece falling into place. I assumed I didn’t have enough time down there, now I’m realizing I’m hypertonic and the tension is creating my dysfunction. So good to know.

I have most of these symptoms…lower back pain, glute clenching, upper ab gripping…most recently leaking, more often in the middle of the night/first thing in the morning.

Well, this is absolutely me! Hoping I can loosen these muscles. C-section 33 years ago and  vbac 30 yrs ago. Uterus removed 22 yrs ago. I thought I had a pulled undercarriage muscle and maybe the episiotomy scare tissue was hurting, but couldn’t figure out why now.
