This is going to take some practice! I was definitely breathing backwards (sucking air in and contracting). How do you get your back to move on the breath? I don’t see any expansion there.

Great words used in the advice not to get frustrated. But of course, I got frustrated. I cant see my stomach move like yours since I still have baby weight and my shelf. Even as a yoga teacher of 4 years I’m not fully breathing like this. It definitely changed over both pregnancies. Thank you for the refresher

I have most of these symptoms…lower back pain, glute clenching, upper ab gripping…most recently leaking, more often in the middle of the night/first thing in the morning.

Well, this is absolutely me! Hoping I can loosen these muscles. C-section 33 years ago and  vbac 30 yrs ago. Uterus removed 22 yrs ago. I thought I had a pulled undercarriage muscle and maybe the episiotomy scare tissue was hurting, but couldn’t figure out why now.
