My core and legs have definitely gotten stronger. I still struggle with the shoulders and neck hurting, but they have come a long way!

This on was hard. Those side planks 🥲 but I’m glad I did it, I wasn’t feeling my best today but this exercise definitely give me a boost and put me in a better mood 🌞🔥
