In 2018, I survived a near fatal car accident. I suffered multiple skull fractures and have been left with a Traumatic Brain Injury. I have since overcome many obstacles and have earned my NASM certification as a personal trainer. My main focus is on functional fitness that strengthens all the muscles in your body and supports your life. Functional fitness got me through my recovery and has brought me out on top. Functional fitness is beneficial for everyone. It encompasses and wide range of motion and movement while focusing on the whole body. It includes both bodyweight and resistance training programs.
