Fitness Trainer

I have dedicated my whole life to movement and exercise science. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2011, the same year I graduated college with a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami. Since then I have gained over a decade of experience training individuals of all types and fitness goals. I have studied numerous movement disciplines like dance, gymnastics, springboard diving, martial arts, as well as bodybuilding, yoga, and calisthenics. I hope to share my knowledge so that you can become the most fit version of yourself. I hope that my workouts can make you can feel strong and confident the same way that they have done for me.
