Yes. This program is designed for all levels of fitness. Whether you're just starting out or you're advanced, you can do this. With video demonstrations and basic gym equipment being used, it's easy to follow along.
What happens after 8-weeks?
This program is yours forever. Designed for 8-weeks of commitment, there's nothing stopping you from using this after.
